How do charter flights work?

With a charter flight, it’s essentially hiring the whole aircraft. You set the route and schedule that fits with your requirements. Your dedicated Account Manager will work with you to choose the best aircraft suited for your needs and budget. You can then decide on the flight times that suit you best and access local, convenient airports.

How do you book a charter flight?

Get in touch with one of our dedicated Account Managers, either submitting an online enquiry form or give us a call. Let us know how many people are travelling and where you are looking to fly to and from. Your Account Manager will then provide you with a quotation that meets with your requirements, ensuring that the aircraft, flight times and airports are suitable for your needs. Your Account Manager will be on-hand every step of the way to guide you through the process

Do charter flights go through security?

There are the normal security procedures for charter flights, however one of the key benefits of chartering an aircraft is that it allows you to fly from smaller, more convenient airports, allowing you to skip lengthy security queues.

How many seats are on a charter plane?

We have a range of aircraft to suit various numbers of passengers. Our Group Charter team provides aircraft larger groups from 20 passengers and upwards, and our Private Jets team provides aircraft for individuals and smaller groups of up to 19.

What types of aircrafts can I charter?

There are a wide range of different types, depending on number of passengers and distance you’re looking to fly. Your dedicated Account Manager will advise the best suited aircraft for your requirements. For groups, there is the choice of anything from Turboprops, best suited for small groups travelling short distances, to wide bodied aircraft, ideal for larger groups flying long-haul. Additionally, our Private Jets team can source aircraft for individuals and groups of up to 19.

What is included on-board a charter flight?

One of the key benefits of flying privately is that you can completely customise your flight experience. Your dedicated Account Manager will work with you to ensure that your preferences are catered to. The on-board catering can be customised to your needs, down to what meals are served, the type of drinks offered and any snacks that you wish to be provided. We can also arrange access to private lounges prior to your flight. Some aircraft have inflight entertainment and wi-fi, just let your dedicated Account Manager know what you require.
