A very special incentive trip for a corporate client
To add to the excitement of the incentive event, the client wished to keep the destination a secret from the passengers
Through our bespoke branding services, our Account Manager was able to assist with this. For arrival at the airport, we removed all the destination information from the screens and replaced them with the client’s logo and event name. We organised a private area within the terminal building for the group, where they could socialise and enjoy canapes before boarding. Once on the aircraft, the crew made no mention of the destination with a personalised welcome on-board announcement tailored by the client. We also worked closely with the client to provide branded headrest covers which hinted at the destination and fun to come. For their flight, the passengers enjoyed bespoke catering and an open bar available on-board. And our dedicated Account Manager was on-hand to support from start to finish, joining the flight to oversee and provide a point of contact for the client.
