Challenge

The Earthquake in Nepal which struck on 25 April 2015 was the worst the country has suffered from in over 80 years. Our humanitarian aid and response clients needed a way to ensure the delivery of essential supplies for the rescue and relief activities on-site. The cargo included shelter equipment, water purification kits and medicine, that was urgently needed to help the thousands of people affected by the natural catastrophe.

SolutionAir Partner organised several flights to transport a total of 300 tons of aid cargo in the most efficient and time-effective way. The aircraft took off in both the UK and Dubai and successfully delivered the necessary goods to Kathmandu and the surrounding areas. Our clients profited from our extensive knowledge and longstanding expertise in chartering aircraft suitable for the most challenging environments.
