Air Partner’s group charter team in France has successfully flown 1,100 passengers from 4 European countries across 5 flights to a major international conference in Sardinia, Italy.
This complex charter involved close coordination with key airline partners and airport handling agents with support from global flight operations.
Challenge
With the flights departing from Amsterdam, Brussels, Lyon, and Paris, it was of paramount importance to ensure all passengers arrived in Sardinia at the same time for the beginning of the conference.
Working closely with airline partners, Air Partner sourced three different high-capacity aircraft – the A350-900, A330-300 and B737-800. Suitable for medium-range flights, these aircraft provided enough seating to accommodate a large number of passengers plus generous hold capacities for their luggage.
The client requested a range of bespoke services to showcase its brand across the operation. Air Partner arranged for custom headrest covers to adorn the interior of each aircraft and fitted the check-in desks with the client’s logo to elevate the overall flight experience with a personal touch. Passengers also enjoyed personalised in-flight catering while on-route to Sardinia.
