A renewable alternative to conventional jet fuel, SAF is made from sustainable feedstocks. Thanks to advanced production methods, SAF has significantly reduced lifecycle emissions compared to traditional jet fuel.
SAF can be blended with conventional fuel and used in existing aircraft engines without modification. Using SAF in this way helps airlines achieve up to an 80% reduction in lifecycle emissions.

Your purchase is linked to the physical SAF used within Delta Air Lines' network, and you gain the right to claim the associated emissions reduction.

You will receive an official SAF Certificate detailing the specifics of the physical SAF and associated environmental attributes.
This confirms your ownership of these attributes to support any sustainability reporting.
