Do I need to know anything about private jets?

In short, no – our charter experts will deal with the technical details of your charter. You will have a dedicated Account Manager who will guide you through the process from enquiry to post-flight. Your Account Manager will organise all the details of your flight – from sourcing the right aircraft, to booking landing slots, organizing permits, dealing with the handling agent and organizing personalized catering. They can even be on hand at the airport on the day of your flight to ensure everything goes smoothly. We pride ourselves in offering an extremely personal and high level of service, so we are used to working with specific requests or requirements.

What do I need to know about the trip before contacting Air Partner?

When speaking to your Account Manager about an upcoming flight, it is really helpful to provide the following details:

Date

Departure times

Route (Origin & Destinations)

Number of passengers

Number of bags

Types of aircraft flown on previously (not essential)

These details mean that we can quickly provide you with a cost estimate, however your Account Manager will still be able to advise you if these details are not yet set in stone and will also discuss your boss' preferences with you to ensure we find the right solution. Further down the booking process (once the flight has been confirmed and the contract is signed) we will also need you to send us the passengers' passport details and discuss any on-board preferences – from catering to any on-board personalisation or even flying a pet. Throughout the process your Account Manager will be on hand to guide you and answer any questions.

How does the private jet booking process work?

Contact Air Partner with your private jet request, either through our website, by phone or by email. (You can find our contact details at the end of this guide).

Your dedicated Account Manager will acknowledge your enquiry, ask any further questions and send you a quotation by email.

Once you have agreed on the right option and accepted a quote, we will issue a contract, which will need to be signed and returned to us.

Upon receipt of the contract, your Account Manager will confirm the flight.

We will then provide you with a passenger brief detailing the route information. At this stage, we will request the passengers' passport details and discuss on-board preferences with you.

We will be in touch 24 – 48 hours prior to the flight and re-send the passenger brief, complete with crew details.

On the day of the flight, we will monitor the progress of the flight and keep you updated with movements and any potential weather delays. If you have any transfers booked at the destination (this is something we can help with too) then we will ensure everyone is informed and on schedule.

What is the difference between private jet charter on demand and the JetCard program?

Private jet charter on demand gives you access to live market pricing and once you have flown there is no ongoing commitment to us. On the other hand, JetCard is membership program that allows you to buy hours of flying in advance and offers premium benefits. You will pay a fixed hourly rate that is inclusive of all variable costs (including fuel, de-icing, flying on peak days) and benefits from premium terms such as being guaranteed an aircraft within as few as 12 hours’ notice.
