Marketing Assistant

Air Partner is seeking an experienced, dynamic and forward-thinking Marketing Assistant, with experience in campaign management across channels, to join the Group Marketing team.

Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the marketing activities according to the overall plan. This is a diverse role working across a range of different services that Air Partner offers. You will be someone who is really eager to learn and get involved with a number of different projects, across and number of different channels. You will be enthusiastic and take pride in your work to ensure that projects are delivered to the best of your ability, and in line with the briefs.

Job Accountabilities:

  • Supporting the marketing team with key campaigns across service areas (key focus will be Group Charter, Private Jets, JetCard both B2B & B2C)
  • Supporting with marketing requirements for smaller parts of the business Travel, EPD, Remarketing
  • Helping to run events for B2B or B2C areas of Air Partner Business
  • Briefing the creative agency on campaign work
  • Being involved in and support with PR through the year
  • Supporting with online requirements (liaising with senior digital manager)
  • Supporting with content creation – online & offline
  • Managing the marketing mail box as and when required
  • Supporting any data related tasks
  • Helping with key reporting on CRM
  • Leading and developing communications including e-campaigns, events, PR, copywriting etc.
  • Managing digital/social media campaigns – Air Partner, Baines Simmons and other AP companies when required
  • Engaging with stakeholders
  • Assisting with internal communications (Superuser of Intranet system, updating content, newsletters, promo items)
  • Helping to implement the planning, production and delivery of electronic communications tools, including the website and social media mechanisms, to ensure key messages are delivered in a manner that ensures the organisation’s reputation is maintained and enhanced
  • Managing the development of web forms to help conversion
  • Other support activity – aligned with sales strategy and brokers activity
  • Supporting the review and reporting process of weekly business KPIs
  • Collecting and loading data to compile intelligence reports
  • Assisting to conduct competitor analysis

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Good experience with campaign management across varied channels such as Digital, Events, PR, Social Media
  • Experience or knowledge working across a CRM system
  • Strong analytical skills to be able to interpret data and make decisions at pace and/or strong copywriting skills
  • Drive and determination to succeed and set your own high-standards
  • Good networking and influencing skills
  • A strong team player
  • Comfortable interacting with stakeholders internally and externally
  • A passionate customer advocate
  • An ability to work under pressure, multitasking numerous projects at once with the ability to carry out high level reviews of product performance
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and plan activities and focus on results/benefits delivery, not just process
  • A self-starter who enjoys the challenges of managing multiple activities to hit deadlines
  • Creative and able to think outside the box
  • Some digital knowledge with a passion to develop here as the company start to improve their digital sophistication
  • Experience working in an International / global environment would be a benefit
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Intermediate/ advanced Microsoft Dynamics for sales, contact management and reporting
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
  • An ability to adapt and work with different cultures
  • Flexible and willing to travel (sometime at short notice) to offices throughout the Air Partner Group
  • And excellent telephone manner with strong verbal and written communication skills
