We service many different sectors and expertly co-ordinate thousands of individually tailored flights including private jets for CEO’s and celebrities, passenger aircraft charter for conferences, orchestras and product launches and freighters moving anything from general supplies to military vehicles.

Air Partner is seeking an experienced Marketing Assistant to join the Group Marketing team. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the marketing activities according to the overall marketing plan. This is a diverse role working across a range of different services that Air Partner offer. An ideal candidate would be someone who is really eager to learn and get involved across a number of different projects. Someone who is enthusiastic and takes pride in the work they do to ensure that projects are delivered to the best of their ability in line with the briefs.

Job Accountabilites

This will include, but not be limited to:

  • Support the marketing team with key campaigns across service areas ( key focus will be Group Charter, Private Jets, JetCard both B2B & B2C)
  • Support with marketing requirements for smaller parts of the business Travel, EPD, Remarketing
  • Help run events for B2B or B2C areas of Air Partner Business
  • Brief creative agency on campaign work
  • Be involved in and support with PR through the year
  • Support with key areas online requirements (liaising with senior digital manager)
  • Support with content creation – online & offline
  • Manage marketing mail box as and when required
  • Support any data related tasks
  • Help with key reporting on CRM
  • Lead & develop communications including e-campaigns, events, PR, copywriting etc
  • Manage digital/social media campaigns – Air Partner, Baines Simmons & other AP companies when required
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Internal communications (Superuser of Intranet system, updating content, newsletters, promo items)
  • Help to implement the planning, production and delivery of electronic communications tools, including the website and social media mechanisms, to ensure the Air Partner Group’s key messages are delivered in a manner that ensures the organisation’s reputation is maintained and enhanced
  • Manage the development of web forms to help conversion
  • Other support activity – aligned with sales strategy and brokers activity.
  • Support the review and reporting process of weekly business KPIs
  • Collecting and loading data to compile intelligence reports
  • Competitor Analysis ongoing responsibility

Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in marketing across campaign activity incuding Digital, Events, PR, Social Media
  • Experience or knowledge working across a CRM system.
  • Strong analytical skills to be able to interpret data and make decisions at pace and/or strong copywriting skills
  • Drive and determination to succeed and set your own high-standards Good networking and influencing skills
  • Strong team player
  • Comfortable interacting with stakeholders internally and externally
  • A passionate customer advocate
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi tasking numerous projects at once with the ability to carry out high level review of product performance
  • Highly organised, prioritised and plan activities and focuses on results/benefits delivery, not just process
  • A self-starter who enjoys the challenges of managing multiple activities to hit deadlines
  • Creative and think outside the box
  • Some digital knowledge with a passion to develop these as the company start to improve their digital sophistication
  • Working in an International / global environment would be a benefit.
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint . Intermediate/ advanced Microsoft Dynamics for sales, contact management and reporting
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to adapt and work with different cultures
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel (sometime at short notice) to offices throughout the Air Partner Group
  • Excellent telephone manner with strong verbal and written communication skills
