Mark started his career with Air Partner as a Commercial Jets broker in 1996 and joined the Board in 2006 as Chief Operating Officer, becoming Chief Executive Officer in April 2010. He has direct experience of air charter broking and wide knowledge of the private aviation sector worldwide, built up over more than 30 years' experience in the industry.
Neil was appointed Chief Financial Officer in June 2014 having held the position of interim Chief Financial Officer from April 2014 and Group Financial Controller prior to that. Neil was previously Group Finance Director of an AIM-traded tour operator and before that spent 11 years at Deloitte LLP, primarily working in the aviation and travel sector.
Justin joined Air Partner in April 2015 as Director of Corporate Development and Investor Relations. After having helped on the acquisitions of Cabot Aviation and Baines Simmons, he was appointed Managing Director of Baines Simmons in April 2016. He began his career at Rothschild Asset Management in 1987 and between 1994 and 2015 worked as an investment analyst at various investment banks including, Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse and ABN Amro/RBS.
Tony started his career in aviation in 1991 and in 1998 Tony became one of the founder members of Cabot Aviation, an aircraft remarketing company. Which represented aircraft owners as their exclusive remarketing agent and also undertook acquisition mandates on behalf of airlines, lessors and spares companies. It also assists airlines in sourcing aircraft on ACMI lease. In May 2015 Cabot was acquired by Air Partner, and Tony now heads up the Remarketing and ACMI business within Air Partner. Tony is a board member of the ERA. a former committee member of the Aviation Club of the UK, and a member of ISTAT.
Rachel joined Air Partner in 2007 and was appointed Group HR Director in March 2013. Rachel has over 14 years of generalist experience specialising in small to mid-size organisations across various industries including direct global sales and marketing and pharmaceutical. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Birmingham University; a professional masters in People & Development and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
Julia has more than 25 years of marketing experience across a range of industries, including automotive, hotels, property and financial services. She joined Air Partner in June 2016 from Knight Frank, where she served as Interim Head of Marketing. Prior to this, Julia held the role of Marketing Director at both the Goodman Group, an integrated commercial and industrial property group, and Barchester Healthcare, an independent care provider. Julia has also worked for a number of leading global brands, such as Hilton, Lloyds Bank, Texaco and Ford.
Lee joined Air Partner in January 2016, with a key initiative of bringing Technology to the forefront of all divisions across the UK, EU and the U.S. With over 12 years' experience within the aviation sector via Commercial and Freight organisations, he brings with him a broad knowledge of industry experience. With the digital and infrastructure workspace playing a pivotal role in the present technology arena, there is significant crossover between Products, Marketing, Finance and Operational Services.
