When a premium corporate brand wanted to fly 50 of their top customers from London to their head office and factory in France, Air Partner was the first port of call when it came to arranging the travel logistics.

Given the 12-hour timeframe of the trip and the VIP nature of the passengers, the focus was on time-saving and ensuring a stellar experience for all involved. Our Commercial Jets team therefore suggested using the private terminal at Stansted, which meant the passengers were able to park mere metres from the aircraft, enabling quick and easy boarding. The client’s company logo was then displayed prominently throughout the terminal to reinforce the brand as the guests made their way onto the aircraft.
Once settled in their seats (complete with branded headrests), guests were treated to a delicious continental breakfast and iPads were given out so they could watch a company presentation en route to Châlons Vatry. Air Partner had recommended this particular airport to the client since it was the closest to the head office by some distance (only 20-minutes’ drive), and also more economical than using other airports in the region – therefore saving both time and money.
Since Châlons Vatry is rarely serviced by scheduled flights, the Commercial Jets team arranged for the airport to be opened especially, meaning the group had exclusive use of the entire place – the ultimate VIP experience. As at Stansted, the airport was decked out in brand regalia and coaches were ready waiting right outside the terminal to whisk the important arrivals to their destination for the day ahead. For the flight home, the guests were greeted with a glass of hard-earned champagne to toast to a successful day.
