Mark Briffa
Mark Briffa
Chief Executive Officer

Mark was appointed CEO with effect from 1 April 2010 when he assumed full responsibility for the worldwide Air Partner Group. He joined Air Partner in 1996 as a Commercial Jets broker and was quickly promoted to UK Managing Director before joining the plc Board in 2006 as Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for all Group trading activities worldwide. Mark has more than 20 years’ experience in the aviation industry. 

 

Gavin Charles

Gavin has more than 20 years’ experience in UK and international finance and was appointed CFO in June 2010.  Prior to joining Air Partner he was the UK Finance Director for the domestic appliance brand Miele. Previously held positions have included Group Chief Financial Officer at Wellness Foods and UK and Ireland Finance Director at Remington Consumer Products. Gavin qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Ernst and Young.

Joining his father’s business in 1970, he became Managing Director in 1979. Appointed as Executive Chairman in 1985, he was responsible for floating the business on the USM in 1989, and achieving a full listing on the Stock Market in 1995.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Richard Everitt

Independent Non-executive Director

Qualified as a solicitor in 1974 and after four

years in private practice joined BAA. Following

its privatisation, he joined the Board with

responsibility for strategy and regulatory matters.

In 2001 he became Chief Executive of National

Air Traffic Services on its part privatisation. In

December 2004, he joined the Port of London

Authority as Chief Executive.*

 

 

 

 

Charles "Chuck" Pollard
Charles Pollard,
Independent Non-Executive Director

Formerly CEO of U.S. air carriers Omni Air

International and World Airways, Chuck has

over 20 years of experience in the international

nonscheduled airline industry. He contributes

his knowledge of the U.S. airline industry to

Air Partner’s activities in that region. He is a

director of Allegiant Travel Company, a U.S. low

cost air carrier, a trustee of Saint Anselm College, and a member of the District of Columbia Bar.

 

 

 

Justin Barber
Justin Barber
Managing Director, Private Jets

Joining the company in 1989, with previous experience at British Airways, Justin has over 20 years experience in aviation and was appointed to the Board in January 2009. Today he is responsible for the Private Jet operating company, the wider PJ strategy and acts as Accountable Manager to the CAA regulator.
