*Air Partner, Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Air Partner plc. Air Partner, Inc. is not a direct or indirect "Air Carrier". Air Partner, as agent for its clients, arranges flights on aircraft operated by FAR Part 135 or 121 air carriers or foreign equivalent ("Operators"), who shall maintain full operational control of charter flights at all times. Operators providing services must meet FAA or JAR safety requirements as well as additional safety standards established by Air Partner, Inc. Some non U. S. flights may be operated by a wholly-owned subsidiary of Air Partner plc, the parent company of Air Partner, Inc., operating in full compliance with all JAR requirements and Air Partner Inc. safety standards.
