Corporate Governance

Air Partner’s chief decision making body is the Board of Directors.  There are currently two executive and four non-executive directors.

The Board has a Schedule of Matters reserved for its decision, which is available to download below.

There is no separate Nominations Committee but an Audit Committee and a Remuneration Committee, each made up of the non-executive directors and operating under formal Terms of Reference, have been established. Click on the links provided for membership and terms of reference of these committees.

Within the business, an Operating Board meets monthly to look at divisional and international performance and to consider how best to implement the strategy set by the main Board in day to day operations. Its objectives are listed here. The members of the Operating Board represent the principal trading divisions and international operations of the Group.

Air Partner is a small company but takes seriously its responsibilities to staff and to the communities in which it operates.  The “whistleblowing policy” protects any member of staff who might wish to report a serious case of mismanagement.  Details of the Group’s support for charitable organizations are also shown on this page.
