Air Partner plc is looking for Trainee and Senior Brokers to join their US and Dubai offices.
Although experienced candidates are welcome, no experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a highly specialised service locating and arranging aircraft charter, building relationships with our client portfolio and will also undertake an array of tasks and responsibilities including:

Broking of aircraft to worldwide destinations, finding the best solution to meet the client’s needs

Delivering a first class customer service to ensure that all flights meet the clients deadlines

Working in a team environment to achieve targets

Making sales calls in order to generate new prospects/leads
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, thrive in a target driven environment, able to work under pressure and have a proven track record of making proactive sales calls. You will also have excellent communication and people skills, the ability to build relationships with new and existing clients and be educated to a degree level (or equivalent).
Candidates with a good understanding of freight forwarding and air cargo markets would be advantageous.
In addition to the above, we are looking for someone who is able to travel and has a flexible approach to their work.
