Account Managers, Steven Warner and Lisa Haynes attended a culinary course hosted by ‘On Air Dining’ to get a hands-on understanding of the food that our JetCard flight attendants provide.
There are many limitations to providing catering to passengers thousands of feet above ground - due to the way food reacts in different pressures. With a high-level of expectation amid a private jet dining experience, it is our responsibility to provide an unparalleled service.
It’s understandable that as busy as our members may be, they relish the opportunities to enjoy life’s pleasures. Our JetCard Account Managers attend such events to ensure that our team have competent knowledge of the importance of ingredients, their sustainability and provenance.
It is with this information our team will have the resources to create a precious dining experience for JetCard members for every flight with Air Partner.
We are currently in the process of reviewing the JetCard Catering menu which will be launched by the end of 2015. We would like to thank On Air Dining for all their help creating the menu and time spent enlightening our team about the intricacies of on-board catering.
