The role of the Jet Card Manager is to take full responsibility for the department’s growth, teamwork and business development including ownership for the Profit and Loss of the department and will involve:
- Setting and managing the profit and loss budgets for the department
- Working alongside the sales and marketing teams, help implement sales and marketing programmes inline with your growth expectations
- Continue to manage growth in key areas of the Executive Aircraft business
- Review all service levels to improve client retention and business efficiencies
- Build and improve external relationships with suppliers and operators
- Review and implement a client care program
- Encourage team work within the existing team and across country offices
